It's Saturday. Will you please, PLEASE chip something in to the Gofundme, and keep this show on the road? 425 people have so far...but we could/should have this completely knocked out by now with your very modest support. Please help keep this group going?!

For the next couple of weeks,, we are asking EVERYONE, INCLUDING YOU, to contact your state's Attorney General office, and tell them to join in on this class action lawsuit. We almost never involve ourselves with class actions. This one is different. This one has teeth, and calls for the return of bankruptcy protections to student loans. WHAT ELSE WERE YOU GOING TO DO WITH 5 MINUTES OF YOUR TIME BESIDES WAIT, WATCH, AND WORRY ABOUT YOUR STUDENT LOANS??!! Now is the time to fight, folks. Today's action:

We're embarking, today, on a nationwide effort to push State Attorney's General to join the class action lawsuit that was just filed last week on our behalf. This case is very strong, but it would be much, MUCH stronger if state AG's were participating in the case. Will you please take this project on? Let me know about your efforts, what state you are in, and any meetings you can put together, I am happy to come in on and do all the talking if necessary. This case, and the larger battle for student loan justice really hinges on this. As unlikely as it may sound, your country needs you in this effort! What else were you going to do, besides watching, waiting, and worrying about your student loans? This is, by far, the most efficient/effective use of your time for actually solving the student loan problem...YOUR student loan problem! Today's Action:

See today's Livestream. The lawsuit is building momentum, with recent coverage at CNBC, Politico, and other places. We're getting a lot of interview requests about it. If you have a compelling story to tell about your credit score being wrecked this year, and you sat on hold for hours or even days, etc, please let me know! 👉👉👉 It is just critically important right now for me to urge you all to contribute something to our Gofundme. I'm glad to report that we're now one-third of the way completed with our fundraiser. If everyone reading this pitched something in, we'd be totally done by the end of today. Will you please help? Please make this easier on me- The class action lawsuit was filed last week. I strongly urge you to read it. CNBC, Politico, and LAW360 have reported on it so far but I expect much more coverage going forward. Now is a good time to sign up for it if you saw your credit score tank this year. It turns out that this will be the largest class-action in US history, btw... Our main battle continues and becomes more important going forward. To that end: Today's action:
