It was our petition that launched the concept of cancelling student loans by executive order into the national conversation. When we started it, LITERALLY NO ONE was even talking about cancelling loans this way. It was only when we went viral in the media that leading politicians embraced it and made it a viable political issue. THAT STARTED WITH US. 👉THE CONDITIONS ARE NOW PERFECT TO RELAUNCH THIS PETITION.

Good Monday All- We’re trying to raise the funds we need for this next week. We need 48 people to pitch-in $10 or more. Will you please step up and do your part to help? Today's Actions:
Our group is absolutely NOT CORRUPTED! Hopefully at least this much is clear to you. It’s why we always have to fund raise constantly to keep operating. We don’t do deals with the bad guys, and never will. I give you my word on that. The fake groups out there are very dangerous, and will be strongly funded/growing going forward. Things are getting very serious, folks, and your loans hang in the balance. Please don’t be distracted by these groups. They don’t want to solve this problem. They want it to perpetuate it, despite their words to the contrary. See most of my recent facebook livestreams to understand this more. It’s going to be a very tough road ahead, folks. Very important that we stick together and not allow yourself to be distracted by all the noise. Doing our daily actions is still the first, best thing you can do. “We’re sending a message to the president today asking him to do two things. One, return bankruptcy rights to all federal student loans, which he can do by executive order, and use the Higher Education Act to cancel loans,” Collinge said. Please do your part, and send a message like this to the President: ------------------------- Mr. President, In light of the election, I strongly urge you and Department of Education/Justice staff to: 1. Scrap the new bankruptcy process for student loans. It does nothing but give the power of undue hardship determination to conflicted bureaucrats at ED and Justice. It is also a clear violation of the spirit, if not the letter of the Chevron Deference judgment. 2. Simply stop opposing- and order ED contractors like ECMC to stop opposing- bankrupted student loan borrowers. Undue hardship is vaguely defined, and it is easily found that filing for bankruptcy, in itself, is proof enough of undue hardship. This was the original idea, as you know. . 3 Use 1082 a (6) to cancel loans in a bold way that precludes lawsuits and injunctions. Just do it. I know you know how. The stakes are high, Mr. President, both for the country and for your legacy. We are already seeing an uptick in horrifying tragedies related to this predatory lending system, and this will get far worse quickly in the coming months and years unless you act. God did not put you on this earth to cause the mass suffering and perpetuate/create tyranny like what is now imminent, Mr. President. I should think the opposite is true. See this livestream from earlier today. It’s going to be tough for us going forward. This was always going to be true, regardless of who won last night, but now we know it will get tougher quicker.
