Good things are happening. We’re meeting this week with multiple GOP members of Congress. We’ve also seen a groundswell of calls for the return of bankruptcy rights to student loans from conservatives in the past month. We need to build on this. Strength in Numbers- Alan

See this. This is David Sacks, President Trump’s “Crypto Czar”, calling unambiguously for the return of bankruptcy rights to student loans. The Chairman of the Federal Reserve made a similar comment just days prior to that. This bodes very well for us, folks, but we have to build on it. To that end:

See today's Livestream. It is more important than ever that we all fight for the return of bankruptcy rights. Now that Congress has stripped the President of the power to unilaterally cancel loans, this is really the only option left...but...it is, and has always been the best option! Remember: It is the fundamental LEVERAGE of bankruptcy rights- not anyone having to actually file- that will compel cancellation, interest reduction, write-offs, or whatever solution you seek for your student loans! This is why the bad guys fight so hard against it (in very sneaky ways). To that end:
