Things are getting pretty brutal, with the Department of Education poised to resume their predatory/abusive collection activities next month, and the large majority of borrowers not making payments. The Department of Education announced Monday in a viciously worded press release that they will be garnishing wages, sicking the collection industry on us starting May 5th. See the special livestream I did about this. I said this year was going to be brutal, and here it is. We’re interviewed and quoted in a NY Times article. FINALLY, they are reporting that two-thirds of all borrowers aren’t paying. Today’s action:
