2/21/2026 Saturday Action!Hey Everyone!
The battle is raging!
Something Big is happening folks. It's hard to quantify...but...my senses are tuned-in very closely to this problem, and I am seeing capitulations from the lending side everywhere. I'm seeing a massive plummet in public confidence in the lending program (which is completely appropriate), and among our members (both long-time, and new), I am seeing a boldness, a total rejection of this loan scam, like I haven't seen before. This is a very good for us, but it doesn't mean this problem is going to solve itself. It absolutely is not. The news media is almost 100% against us now, and while people are finally seeing through it, it is still a very strong force against us. It means that we are strong right now (whatever the media might write), and that we have to STRIKE HARD while this window is open for us. This is still YOUR battle. These are still YOUR loans, and pushing Congress and the executive branch harder than we ever have before is what absolutely MUST HAPPEN!! We need you fighting. The country needs you fighting, right now, more than ever- Sincerely, Alan

Hey Everyone-
Today's action:
We want to make a new slideshow showing some of our worst hurt borrowers. You can see our existing slideshow here. If you have numbers like these and want to be included, please send me all the info that should be on the slide. Include a short quote (as in the existing slides)...This will be strong! We need you in this fight...the country needs you, as unlikely as that may sound. -Alan 2/18/2026 February 18th, 20262/16/2026 Monday Action!Good Monday All!
Today's action is quick:

The battle continues...We're picking up a lot of new members right now, which is great. But that really only matters if everyone is doing the actions. Today's action:
Doing the past 2 weeks of the daily actions would be really good right now to start off... This is your battle. We need you. The country needs you! Alan Good Saturday, All!
Lot's going on right now...Because it's Saturday, I need to ask: Will you all please chip something in to our Gofundme? We're now 59% of the way done, and can't survive to fight this battle without your modest support: https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-alan-collinges-fight-for-student-loan-justice 🙏🙏 GREAT Thanks to John, Lydia, Lena, Sean, Kathryn, Joan and others for their contributions over the past several days. Please will you join them and make this a bit easier on us? See yesterday's Livestream. We're finding a few interesting linkages between the Epstein thing...Today's action:
Have a Great Weekend! GOOD THINGS ARE HAPPENING! -Alan 2/11/2026 Wednesday Action...Hey Everyone!
Lot's happening right now. Busy week. Today's action:
Do more than just these actions. Think of something. We have smart people on this group with great ideas. Let us know what you come up with and if possible, we'll replicate it on the group. This is how we win! -Alan ********************************************* ********************************************************* [Your Name] Concerned Constituent [Your email] [Date] The Honorable [Politician’s Name] [Address] Re: Restoring Bankruptcy Protections for Student Loan Borrowers Dear [Senator/Representative Last Name], I write to you not only as a concerned constituent but as someone who has witnessed (or experienced) the devastating impact of student loan debt on clients, families, and communities. At present, borrowers who pursued higher education in good faith are denied the most fundamental consumer protection: the right to seek relief through bankruptcy when all else fails. The Founders called for this right in the Constitution, ahead of the power to raise an army and declare war. This has been stripped from student loans. This exclusion, unique to student loans, has created a generation of Americans bound to debt they cannot escape—despite working hard, contributing to society, and honoring their obligations to the best of their ability. Restoring bankruptcy protections would: - Provide a fair path forward for low-income and underemployed borrowers. - Protect public servants and nonprofit employees who relied on forgiveness programs, only to be denied. - Safeguard victims of fraudulent schools and closures. - Allow borrowers to repay what they actually borrowed, without interest charges ballooning balances beyond reason. This is not about encouraging irresponsibility. It is about ensuring fairness, restoring balance between borrower and lender, and reviving the economic promise of education. With bankruptcy protections reinstated, borrowers could once again fully participate in our economy—as homeowners, small business owners, taxpayers, and community leaders—rather than remaining trapped in perpetual debt servitude. I urge you to take up this issue and support legislation to restore bankruptcy protections for student borrowers. Doing so would correct a decades-long injustice and reaffirm our nation’s commitment to education as a ladder of opportunity, not a lifelong burden. Respectfully, [Your Name] [Concerned Constituent] 2/9/2026 Monday Action!Good Monday All-
Let's make this the strongest week ever for student loan justice!

We really need to shore up our fundraising, folks. Will you please pitch-in to our Gofundme, or through the normal channels at this time? https://www.gofundme.com/f/support-alan-collinges-fight-for-student-loan-justice Our Gofundme has gotten in only 5 contributions over the past 4 days...we can't continue much longer at this rate... Today's Action:
This group has moved mountains in the battle for student loan justice. We have to move a very big mountain going forward, and we'll need your help to do that. That is literally the only way this is going to happen! Don't look for excuses to not fight...that is exactly what our opposition wants. Please don't give them that pleasure. As unlikely as it may sound, the country- including future generations- really needs you on this- Sincerely, Alan Collinge Hey Everyone-
Hope all is well out there wherever you may be! I'm sorry I have to lead with a request for donations through our Gofundme or the normal channels. Will you please help? We're 56% of the way completed, now, and could have this knocked out today if everyone reading this stepped up. Please make this easier on us?! See this strong interviewwe did over the weekend with Rad Futures. Good overview on the current state of things on student loans. Some interesting developments... Today's action:
As unlikely as it may sound, the country needs you on this! Godspeed- Alan |
