I'm glad to report that our members were interviewed, and our legislation was reported on yesterday at the Boston Globe. However, there was a quote from Elizabeth Warren in the article that was frankly concerning. See the livestream I did last night to understand this more fully. Thanks to everyone who stepped up to be interviewed. We also did a very strong discussion yesterday with Democrats abroad. Interestingly, we also had an excellent conversation with a freshman republican congressman yesterday that I hope to have more for you on soon. Finally: Please donate if you can. Please do these two things: My comment: You say Florida is "free", but FEDERAL STUDENT LOAN DEBT in Florida now exceeds the ENTIRE STATE BUDGET...BY NEARLY $40 BILLION DOLLARS. HOW COULD YOU LET YOUR STATE BE CONQUERED AND ENSLAVED BY THIS BIG-GOVERNMENT, COLLEGE-ENRICHING, UNCONSTITUTIONAL DEBT, GOVERNOR? Do more than this. Be creative. Be clever. Remember: If we can get EVEN ONE republican governor to stand up for their state, and tell the President to cancel the loans, it will change EVERYTHING. This is your battle.
