See today's Livestream. It is more important than ever that we all fight for the return of bankruptcy rights. Now that Congress has stripped the President of the power to unilaterally cancel loans, this is really the only option left...but...it is, and has always been the best option! Remember: It is the fundamental LEVERAGE of bankruptcy rights- not anyone having to actually file- that will compel cancellation, interest reduction, write-offs, or whatever solution you seek for your student loans! This is why the bad guys fight so hard against it (in very sneaky ways). To that end:

Amid all the brutality that is coming our way with the "Big, Beautiful, Bill", I am pleased to report that the Senate took OUT the part that drastically increases borrowing limits for undergrads. We were the only group in the nation fighting for that, so that is something to be proud of. But honestly, it does NOTHING FOR US, and the other bad parts of the bill are still there:
