We're in uncharted territory, folks. The bad guys are making it up as they go along. The lending system is vanishing into a mist of illegitimacy. The harder we fight right now, the quicker we will get actual, not pretend student loan justice.

Contact a podcast/reporter/news org you like (or don't like), and tell them to have us on. The more antagonistic the forum, the better. We like going into the Lion's Den. It's where this battle is won.
Please chip-in to our fundraiser?! 641 people have so far. We could have this finished this weekend with your modest support!

Right now, the Department of Education, the servicers and all their helpers in the media, on social media, etc are trying as hard as possible to get people in default to sign onto new loan agreements through loan rehabilitation or consolidation. They are using carrots, they are using sticks. They desperately want you signing your name to new loan documents. This is 80% certain to lead you, once again into default, and leave you in a far worse place, with a far higher balance.
It's the Wild West, folks. The predators are hunting, and you are the game. The ONLY good advice I have: WE HAVE TO FIGHT. THIS IS YOUR BATTLE AND IF YOU AREN'T FIGHTING, WE ARE LOSING!
It feels good to fight this fight. All we do is tell the truth. We- this group- could have the entire student loan problem solved in a matter of months if everyone in it was ACTUALLY FIGHTING.
You have no idea how strong we can be and WILL BE WHEN YOU DO YOUR PART.
Please don't forget that. Don't forget your duty to your country and yourself to leave this place better than how we found it.

There is a lot at stake for us all this year. If you think you can watch, wait and worry and student loan justice will fall into your lap, you are gravely mistaken. WE HAVE TO FIGHT.

This is your battle. We need you fighting. This year is going to be harder than last year. Please adjust your effort accordingly.
Finally, will you please chip in to our Gofundme if you can? This fundraiser was supposed to last only a month or so to cover us for ten months. It's been nearly 6 months, and we're only 55% of the way through. GREAT THANKS to the 632 people who have helped. To those, I also thank you for your tolerance of this constant fundraising.
We could have this entire fundraiser finished today if even half the people reading this were to chip-in even modestly. This group is the ONLY uncorrupted group of any significant size fighting this battle, so being able to focus on the fight becomes all the more important.

So you know, ladies and gentlemen: Since Trump took office we've seen MANY conservatives come around to joining our call for the return of bankruptcy protections to student loans. These include:
-Federal Reserve Chairman Jerome Powell
-Trump's former Student Aid Chief Wayne Johnson
-Robert F. Kennedy
-Tucker Carlson
-Joe Rogan
-Florida Governor Ron DeSantis
-Fmr Congressman Matt Gaetz
-Trump's Crypto Czar David Sacks
-Oligarchs Peter Thiel and Bill Ackman
-Influencers like Mike Cernovich
-many others...We caused at least two of these^^ directly (RFK, Johnson)
So we are approaching a critical mass, but we need to fight WAY harder to reach a critical mass. The time for this is NOW. The Republicans KNOW they will be annihilated in November if they don't do something big and different.
Please remember: The Founders are on OUR side, make no mistake. But we have to fight for our freedom, like they did!

Don't listen to the Astroturf groups. They aren't fighting for you. They are only exploiting this problem, and want it to continue. This is why they fight AGAINST the return of bankruptcy rights. They know FULL well that it will end this scam. They want you sitting on your hands, listening to them.
We need you fighting with us to get it GONE AND DONE!

The Department of Education Blinks...

Good Saturday All!
It's Saturday, which means that we are trying very hard to shore up the support we need for the week. 617 people have pitched in so far since we started our Gofundme 5 months ago. Will you please help?

The Dept of Education announced yesterday it is "delaying" wage garnishments. They know the lending program is failed. They are using this to try and coerce people into loans rehabilitation/consolidation which is a terrible thing to do.
Please send a message like this one to the President. The time if perfect to send (or even re-send) this message!
