4/13/2026 Monday ActionGood Monday, Ladies and Gentlemen!
The battle continues. Today, we're asking everyone to send a message like this oneto the President. Recent data shows that 75% of all borrowers aren't paying, and defaults are screaming upward. The President knows this can't continue, and that student loan voters will be turning hard against the Republicans in the mid-terms if he doesn't do something, so I see a real shot for us here! 🙏 We are really needing people to either pitch-in to our Gofundme, or donate through the regular channels, folks. If 30 people could chip in $20, we'd be set for the week. Will you please help? Great thanks to Michelle, Donald, John, Sean, Vincent, Carol, Scott, Donna Lee, Carolyn, Jennifer and Elliot who helped over the past few days. Will you please join them? I truly believe that more people will begin financially supporting us going forward as long as we keep doing good work- we're seeing a big spike in new members over the past few months- but it may take some time for them to see that. I cannot tell you how important you all are for keeping us in this fight during these very difficult times... 👉 This week, we are sending strong letters to various university Presidents. They can no longer ignore us. I hope and pray and believe that they will come around to agreeing that they have an obligation to volunteer, collectively, to do their part to ensure that bankruptcy protections are returned to these loans. Just the wealthiest 5 schools could pay half the cost of bankruptcy discharges and barely even notice it. They are THAT wealthy! Will you also consider sending such a letter to your alma mater? 4/12/2026 Sunday. Special Request... Hey Everyone-
We're asking everyone to send a message to President Trump like this one today or this week. Takes very little time. Helps tremendously. Special Request We've been working with Jessica, who runs Rad Futures (you've seen us interviewed on her channel) for quite some time now. She is a struggling borrower like all of us. She does very good work. She is embarking on a project to do "man in the street" interviews for us in Chicago, where she'll be interviewing people where they live to show the country just how badly people are being hurt by these loans. These can be extremely impactful. She needs $700 in camera and microphone gear to make this happen. But we also become outnumbered. The battle is raging!
Something Big is happening folks. It's hard to quantify...but...my senses are tuned-in very closely to this problem, and I am seeing capitulations from the lending side everywhere. I'm seeing a massive plummet in public confidence in the lending program (which is completely appropriate), and among our members (both long-time, and new), I am seeing a boldness, a total rejection of this loan scam, like I haven't seen before. This is a very good for us, but it doesn't mean this problem is going to solve itself. It absolutely is not. The news media is almost 100% against us now, and while people are finally seeing through it, it is still a very strong force against us. It means that we are strong right now (whatever the media might write), and that we have to STRIKE HARD while this window is open for us. This is still YOUR battle. These are still YOUR loans, and pushing Congress and the executive branch harder than we ever have before is what absolutely MUST HAPPEN!! We need you fighting.
