Today's Action is very quick: Fundraising: We still need 17 people to donate $20 (or the equivalent) this week. Will you please help and make this fundraising a bit easier on us? Interview Requests: If you’ve repaid more than you borrowed in student loans, yet you still owe more than you borrowed, please let us know. Tell us more. Also, if you happen to live in Nebraska (or know someone who does) and are willing to be interviewed, let us know ASAP. Meeting Lawmakers: We’re meeting with members of Congress all week this week, but we should be doing more. Can you please make an effort to get us into a meeting with your House Rep and Senators over the next two months? In particular, we’d like to speak with their Judiciary staffers. You can give them our contact info ([email protected], (202) 594-1120). See last night’s livestream. Also, see this call we got into C-SPAN on Monday. Everyone should be getting one call/month into C-SPAN. It truly helps…and it’s fun! These are your loans, this is your problem. We're a working, fighting group and that only happens when you help. I'm glad to report that we've finally finished fund raising for the SLJ Van. Thanks to the 329 people who supported this effort. This van will be critical in the months ahead. Today's Action: We have over 1.4 million people in this group now. This is meaningful when everyone does our daily actions, and meaningless when they do not.
