11/2/2022 Time to Make our Move.Everyone-
There is only one option left for us before the election: Convincing the Department of Education to keep their promise, and stop opposing student loan borrowers in bankruptcy court. They could do this tomorrow. But they will do nothing if we don't push. To that end:

11/1/2022 Horrible Tragedy in Oklahoma Everyone:
There was a horrible murder-suicide tragedy in Oklahoma last week we are just linking to the student loan issue now. See about it in today's action: SMH. This would have never happened had bankruptcy rights been returned to student loans as promised. This is the week folks. What we do will make the difference. The Democrats promised us in their Party Platform that they would return bankruptcy to student loans. It is the minimum they could do before the election to give us the confidence we need to vote for them, and also to prevent us being abused badly come January 1st, when the loans will be turned back on.
