We have an incredibly important week ahead. Our sole, laser focus is on getting S.2598 and HR.9110 passed. This is the only battle that matters, we are the only group fighting for it, and we have 1 month to get it done. The stakes are high. We critically need 105 people to donate $20 or more to keep us operating through years end. Will you please help with this?! I hope you understand how important this is. Our bills expire at the end of the year, loan repayments resume, and there will be two+ years of congressional gridlock after that. Everything is lined up for us. We have a strong film coming out December 11th nationally, which will help. Also we’re getting good media exposure, but where this battle is won is with YOU convincing your Congressmen and Senators to pass S.2598 and HR.9110. Today’s Action:

The Department of Education/Justice’s plan to stop opposing student loan borrowers in bankruptcy court is a complete betrayal. So now we have exactly one option left: Getting S.2598/HR.9110 passed by the end of the year. Please make today’s action count The battle is now crystal clear for us: We must get S.2598 and HR.9110 passed by the end of the year, or were screwed, including on cancellation, for a long time to come. But we have a strong ace up our sleeve: This film, which will be premiering on NBC/Peacock early December is exceptionally strong and focuses exactly on our mission. Please make this one count: The breaking news is that the Department of Justice and Education just rolled out their plan for stopping opposing student loan borrowers in bankruptcy court. Biden's loan cancellation was struck down yesterday in one of what will be many twists and turns in a distracting saga. We said the cancellation would be bureaucratized into meaninglessness as long as bankruptcy rights remained gone, and we were right. We have six weeks to get our rights back- the only thing that matters right now. Only you doing our daily actions will make that happen. Today:
