Score One for the Good Guys...sort of (Wall Street Journal)....

Hey Everyone! 

• We've been waiting for this piece to come out for quite some time at the Wall Street Journal.
   
  Those our mostly our people mentioned in the article. Thanks to everyone who stepped up to be interviewed.
   
  Kind of disappointed in the piece itself, actually.
   
  The reporter purposely avoided mentioning the fact that older people now outnumber younger people with student loans, and that people over 50 now outnumber people under 25 with the debt. We specifically pointed these facts out to them.
• The reporter also chose not to mention the fact that federal student loans have been uniquely stripped of statutes of limitations, which effectively makes the debt immortal, and totally explains why so many older people now are stuck with the loans.
• I dunno.  They kind of made the borrowers look bad, like it was all their fault. 
   
  They also chose not to mention SLJ, when we went to significant lengths to facilitate the story, which is off-putting.
   
  But whatever. Thanks again to all who stepped up to be interviewed for this piece!

This is the battle, folks.  Your battle.  If you do nothing else this week to fight, please at least send a message like this to the President.  It will HELP.
