A class action lawsuit was launched yesterday for people who have seen their credit score drop this year.  The lawsuit seeks $100,000 in damages per borrower, as well as the return of bankruptcy protections to student loans. 
We rarely involve ourselves with class actions.  This one is different.  A key Supreme Court ruling last year held that federal agencies can be sued for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).  This action holds great promise for us. It is being led by the man, A. Wayne Johnson, who ran the federal student loan program under Trump during his last term.
It's very important that everyone who saw their credit scores drop over this year sign up for this.
