If your credit score has taken a dive this year, a class action is starting this week that you definitely want to participate in.  It is led by a rare whistleblower, truth-teller, and former Trump appointee who literally RAN the federal student loan program. 
The lawsuit seeks both monetary damages for borrowers, but critically, they also are seeking the return of bankruptcy protections as a part of the settlement.  I hope to have much more to say about this publicly in the days/weeks to come, but definitely do check it out, watch the video.  We almost never go all in on class actions, and for good reason, but this one is definitely different.  See for yourself-

I know things seem grim right now, folks.  This is probably the worst period for student loan borrowers in the 20 years I've been doing this.  But take heart...we are truly too big to fail.  Our opposition is far more afraid of us than we should be of them.  The Founders are on our side.  The facts are on our side.  This is the time when we need to steel our resolve and fight harder than ever.  We will only win when we do...
