Class Action Lawsuit:
If you've seen your credit score drop this year on account of your student loans, you definitely want to see this class action lawsuit that just launched and contact them ASAP.. 
It is led by the former Chief Operating Officer of the federal loan program, and seeks $100,000 per borrower as well as the return of bankruptcy rights to student loans.  We rarely get behind class-actions, but this one is very different.  I estimate that something like 40% of all student loan borrowers may be affected by this, and the violations are rampant.  It is worth checking your credit score to find out!
