The Supreme Court ruled last year that federal agencies can be sued for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act (FCRA).  If your credit score took a hit this year because of your student loans, you absolutely want to see this class action lawsuit that launched on Friday.
The violations have been rampant this year, particularly towards the beginning of the year, when almost no one could even get through to their servicers/Dept of Education, etc. 
We almost never promote class actions, but this one is very different.  Wayne Johnson, the whistleblower who literally ran the federal loan program on Trump's first term, is heading it up.  See this seminal interview he did with Tucker Carlson. 
The relief they are seeking is $100k/borrower, but ALSO the return of bankruptcy protections to student loans. Watch the video at the website.
