Our opposition is mounting an attack on student loan borrowers and returning constitutional bankruptcy rights to the loans, which lies at the core of our battle.  Have a look at the verb in these headlines to understand how they are trying to both make us look bad, and falsely claim that most people who attempt to discharge their loans in bankruptcy are successful.
