CLASS ACTION LAWSUIT:
The man who ran the federal student loan program during Trump's first term has become a whistleblower, truth-teller, and has launched a class action as of yesterday.  If you have seen your credit score drop this year as a result of your student loans, you absolutely should check it out.  http://www.studentloanlegalaction.org.  
We rarely push class actions.  This will be the third in twenty years.  This one is different.  A recent Supreme Court ruling found that the Dept of Education and it's contractors can be sued for violations of the Fair Credit Reporting Act, and that has certainly happened on a broad scale over this year.    The suit seeks $100k/borrower in damages, and also seeks the return of bankruptcy rights to the loans.  
This group does big, important things.  This lawsuit is going to be big. And important. 
Many other things developing right now, but I will leave it there for now.  Please don't publicize the lawsuit on social media just yet.
