Good Sunday Everyone-
I'm glad to report that we're now one-third of the way completed with our fundraiser.  If everyone reading this pitched something in, we'd be totally done by the end of today.  Will you please help? Please make this easier on me-
The class action lawsuit was filed last week.  I strongly urge you to read it.  CNBC, Politico, and LAW360 have reported on it so far but I expect much more coverage going forward. Now is a good time to sign up for it if you saw your credit score tank this year. It turns out that this will be the largest class-action in US history, btw...

This truly is the battle...your battle.  We can't win if you aren't fighting...but we'll easily and quickly win when you actually DO fight and not allow yourself to be tricked by the opposition into banging your head against the wall and thinking it's fighting.  It's not.  Running around in their rat maze is exactly what they want.  Don't give them that.
